FRASSAÏ
Drawings for Frassaï, the Argentine perfume house founded by Natalia Outeda: portraits of the bottles, each paired with a drawing of the atmosphere of its fragrance.
More
Frassaï is a modern perfume house from Argentina, founded in 2013 by Natalia Outeda, its creative director. Its fragrances are described as luminous, timeless and genderless, and are made according to a "slow perfumery": each one is left to mature and macerate for weeks, and many draw on Argentine ingredients such as yerba mate, aguaribay and palo santo.
"There is a moment before the moment", the house says of itself, and "silence, too, has a scent". The drawings work in that interval. For each fragrance there are two images: the bottle, drawn as an object with its own character, and an atmosphere, which gives a place, a light and a time of day to something that cannot be seen.
